Has anyone done Kybella?

Being just 18, I am hesitant to actually go forward with invasive surgeries such as a genio or malar implants (which would both contribute to giving me a beautiful, defined face, which is my ultimate goal)
However I have seen Kybella mentioned lots of times now, and after checking it out, turns out it is dirt cheap. (like 400 EUR for one session)
Should I just get that in the meantime?

From what I've seen they only do it in that area, so yeah

Just get submental lipo or a short scar neck lift. It’s ineffective imo.
