I can’t remember the name of the paper but it should be easy enough to find if u search the key terms. This shows a 24 yr old with MSE + FM treatment, not sure how long FM was used tho. Doesn’t look like the bony aspect of the midface has lengthened if u look closely, but can only speculate on the soft tissue.

most people don't pull at an upward angle , don't do incisor chewing or frontal mewing , MSE weakens the sutures which makes everything more sensitive imagine someone not having correct mouth posture during this time or pulling at the right angle

I personally still cant understand how you are pulling it "upward". Wasnt the MSE device in the back of mouth ? From there, shape of the mouth should make direct upward angle imposssible.

MSE should really only be used when the palate is rly narrow or you have malocclusion. If your palate is reasonably wide and you have good occlusion, just fix your falios
