Has anyone dropped from 15% to 10% bf in 3 weeks

Im going to the bahamas for some random soca event and i need to get shredded since ill be shirtless there (15% bf doesnt look lean in normal lighting you look washed out with barely any abs outside of god tier gym lighting). Im taking test + anavar and tbe last 2 weeks im just going to fill out, has anyone actually made such a fast jump? (Event is in November)

I planned on just eating chicken and spinach for about 1400 cals a day

No idea ive just been off cycle and eating mcdonalds for the last 3 weeks training once a week and i look like my pfp atm

takes me about 8 weeks to drop from 15%-to 10% at 1800-2000 cals/day with 30-40 min cardio/day. so no, you would have to starve yourself

Starve yourself and do cardio. Eat only salads with meat

Yeah I’m on 975mg of dnp and 40-80mcg of Clen
 
Went from 21% bf 3 weeks ago to 13% so possible
 
Just risk cooking yourself from the inside
It’s too demonized, if I’m able to do it in a humid tropical climate, then you cumskins in North America and Europe can do it just fine
 
What is at stack here with regards your long time health?
Not much. I take vitamin e to prevent blindness from the dnp and potassium with the Clen to prevent cramps.

Would rather try to dehydrate on that given day, dropping bf that fast is not beneficial even on PEDs

Eat unseasoned eggs and chicken that has been fried on butter and workout
