Has anyone else killed an animal/ bird when they were young?

I think a lot kids have done things like that. It's mostly just out of curiosity and there's no dark intent by it. I once tortured a gored squirrel I found with a stick for like an hour when I was 8, and ruthlessly stoned a carp and tried to aim for its eyes when I was 5. Looking back I wouldn't do it now but I had no idea what I was even doing.

One time I impulsively threw salt on this big slug at my grandpa's house and my dad asked me wtf was wrong with me, it was truly impulsive like genuinely my first experience doing some shit with no real thought behind it and I think he only had such a strong reaction because my grandpa was there and it makes me look like a bit of a psycho and that probably reflected negatively on himm still it was completely unnecessary and I felt bad for doing it

I got it for Christmas and was planning on shooting a bird and was kind of working myself up to it (both sussing out how I would feel and planning on how not to get caught) but ended up getting all the bb's taken away from me before I could do it because I accidentally shot the gun in the house

I never actually shot any birds. I don't know if I would have even gone through with it. The reason I didn't immediately go shoot one once I got the gun was that I wasn't sure how I would feel about pointlessly killing such an animal and before I could make the decision I got the bb's taken away so that was that

I never really fucked with cats, I may fuck with them by being annoying but nothing that would actually make them very upset or uncomfortable or in pain

Throughout my life I've been far more cruel towards humans than I have been towards animals
