aside from half hearted gymcelling(that was typically done with more of a strength focus), I’ve never done any looksmaxxing. I’ve probably never even been below 15% bodyfat in my life.

I spent years doing every thing and anything, realized the only thing I can do in my state is get Trimax.

I am just here until my surgery date (this year) to help guide others and try to contribute to the uninformed.

I have done many softmaxxes. A whole stack and routine for hair/balding, regular exercise, sunscreen, teeth whitening, and a few others. I don't think you can do much without a good base, but, without getting to a low body fat, you will never know what's possible. I also think no matter how good looking you are it's nearly impossible to get a woman to spend time with you unless you also have money, drugs, and/or clout or just incredible luck
