has anyone else not been able to see followers/followings list?

Am i tripping like this has been going on for like a month but I just remembered of it when I tried seeing my list when clicking on view more for either of them

like at one time it didn't even pull it up it just refreshed the screen (at least on mobile)

and now I'm trying to open it on computer and it just pulls up my profile as a pop up

fix it pls @Master
