Has anyone else noticed the importance of upper teeth visibility?

I'm talking about when you open your mouth and the amount (in terms of length not width) of upper teeth that show when you do. I feel like the maximum amount of teeth showing right before you get a gummy smile is ideal. Me personally my teeth barely show and therefore hate footage of me talking, it just looks weird (my philtrum isn't long nor is my midface so I don't really know what the problem is, perhaps the inclination of my teeth, they don't go exactly straight down. I used to have an open bite that was corrected with braces). I get jealous whenever I see someone simply open their mouth and you can see a their straight pearly whites clearly. I feel like this is such a specific topic I've never seen anyone talk about before

Kinda water, you want a 10-12 tooth smile with no buccal corridors and minimal gum show.

Comes down to teeth size and lips, I'm also jealous of that
