Has anyone else who uses height boosters become unable to go outside without them?

I fraud 6'5 and I literally cannot go outside without my height boosters in now, I'm pretty sure they've changed the anatomy of my feet as I've literally climbed mountains while frauding without any issues but in the rare cases I've taken them out I get terrible cramps in my calfs as well as shin splints.

Plus everyone I know has met me while I was height frauding so I've kind of gone past the point of no return as I can't take them out now so I've kinda gotta navigate not being caught having them in. I'm just glad I wasn't a complete retard and frauded 3 inches out of the blue though.

only take them off when u move to another place or people can tell

put them underneath the soles of your shoes

if you go outside wuthout shoes you're a wierdo
