Has anyone experienced this with the doctors height measurements ?

anytime I go to the doctor for any type of issue they always measure my state, such as weight height ext

But I’ve notice anytime they measure my height it’s always a weird measurements. Sometimes I get measured an extra inch or a shorter inch than my actual height. Sometimes even 2 inches below which is crazy i remember going home thinking didn’t measure my height correctly this whole time

As well as measuring my friends taller than me when im visibly taller

Yea. I remember this one time the doctor listed me at 5’8 when I was taller than my 5’10 gf at the time.

Some offices make me take my shoes off, some dont. Some measure at the base of my skull while some let it sit on my hair.

Depends on how the nurse does it.
