I had a crush on this girl (something like love at first sight)

I was walking on the hallway and heard her conversation with her friend.

The moment she mentioned the word "my boyfriend", my heart felt like it stopped beating.

The depression struck me down right away and I felt some kind of emotion deep rooted in me that's hard to explain.
