Depends on what, I saw one that has insane transformations is well liked, and not too bad

Why would you specifically want to go to France for that. Italy is the no.1 just because of who's there.

I'm speaking from experience tbh, I consulted with a few for my genio and most of them were really hesitant to even do 8mm let alone the vertical movement I wanted. Ig it could depend on the surgery, in general I would say korea would be far superior cus their society is so blackpilled.

Agreed. But Korea specializes in Asian aesthetics so you’d need to find one that can operate well on non Asians. Korea is top tier for skin though, such as fat grafting.
