Tryna do the potato and coke no sugar method atm
 
get the lowest cal wedges get a bunch of energy drinks obviously zero sugar along w a bunch of zero sugar drinks ex Coca-Cola sprite pepsi whatever you wants along as it’s zero you would be eating gum all day sleep a lot and only go gym/cardio the days you eat 2+ meals a day days you eat 1 meal js ldar since that burns calories too and js watch muckbangs when you get hungry after u do allat you’ll be extremely bloated so be aware of that

PSMF is the absolute fastest way with minimal to no muscle loss and no drugs.

I would assume 0 carb results in decreased gym performance leading to muscle loss no?
