Has anyone got MSE and Face mask did it ruin your face harmony?

So I just did some research and found out that the nose and lips get wide after mse my nose and lips are already a bit wide and I need a alar base reduction surgery Rn I don’t know if I shd go ahead with mse tbh I don’t want my nose and lips getting any wider it might destroy my facial harmony what shd I do?

why do you want to get mse in the first place? I have a wide nose so I'm getting rhino after mse but wider mouth will ascend me

I have overbite with narrow palate too but I still chose MSE before Bi-Max/Imdo but because I want those breathing gains especially since I'm an athlete.(Boxer) I'm afraid my nose will get wider too but fuck it, rhinoplasty after. Whatever it takes bruh.
