Has anyone gotten buccinator botox or any other botox in the cheek region?

Feel like theres a lot of potential in botoxing the muscles in the cheek to reduce the bulk and get more hollows, anyone gotten something like that?

doing it in 2 days.

not worst than aqua .
in the beg maybe.
keep me updated. Aqualyx swelling is shit and lasts a while, u also need minimum 3 sessions to get noticeable results and each session must be spaced out by 3-4 weeks so it takes a long ass time to see results. while botox results can be in 2 weeks and would only need 1-2 sessions

doing other shit as well (pdos, filler, botox, aqualyx) so the before and after won't be perfect but eh

tbh you don't need more than one session for botox, just use alot, when I did it for my masseters the results came in like 4 days

are you doing the buccinator specifically? What do u think abt botoxing ONLY the upper region of the masseter so right under the zygos u get a tapering hollow effect? Currently thinking of doing buccinator + upper region of masseter botox and if results are poor then ultrasonic cavitation to melt the fat off

love to see people talking about the upper masseter botox idea, I believe I was the first to suggest it back in september-october. I didn't do it back then cause I didn't know how to, you'd need some sorta ultra sound machine to hit it since theres a fascia(?) layer between the upper masseter head and the main masseter head.

From readings about masseter botox, the upper head does get hit from the standard injection method for the massters (which injects into the main head).

However, from my own experience, while the upper head has shrunk a bit, I can still feel that theres a lot of mass there, whereas the main head has basically been nuked, basically non existent.

Botox, while it spreads through the muscle, does seem to have a localised effect (eg, if you injected botox on the far right of your frontalis, it wouldn't really affect the far left side despite being the same muscle). So my injection decreased the main head more than the upper head. While I like my results overall, it did increase my frontal gonial angle a little (since the main head attaches to the bottom of the jaw) which is annoying:ogre:.

So in theory, upper masseter botox would mog since you decrease the "fatness" of ur face without compromising on ur gonial angle. It should be possible if ur injecting with some ultrasound scanner to guide you.

The only problems are that there are more nerves and blood vessels at the upper head and you might experience paradoxical bundling (where the main head fibers over contract to compensate for the lost upper head).

How much psl would u say u gained from masseter botox? how were its effects on ur harmony, angularity, dimorphism, etc?

PSL: dunno, hard to quantify that sorta thing into a number.

Harmony: much, much more harmonious. my jaw is already wide, the masseter made it too wide, so removing it helped alot. face also looked way "leaner"/not chubby

Angularity: gonions were always flared, but it was a rounded flare, decreasing the masseter made the bone more prominent, making it way more angular.

dimorphism: stayed the same tbh

the only bad thing about it was that my frontal gonial angle is slightly higher now, I plan to correct that with filler

Did it make ur zygos seem more projected?

In a sense yeah they're more laterally projected, but as in theres more of an outward slope from the gonion to zygo, as opposed to the zygo sticking out independant of the angle created by the ascending ramus.

I feel my upper masseter in that area, so I reckon botoxing it would probably aid in zygo lateral projection.

probably not frontal though.

lateral zygos are kind of a meme though tbh, frontal is what matters

I’m so confused on whether I should get masseter Botox or not. I have a wide jaw but it’s not the most defined my face isn’t that dimorphic so I’d be worried if I get a narrower jaw it would nuke all my dimorphism. I’m thinking of doing the buccinator/cheek muscles Botox then ultrasonic cavitation if still not satisfied look into upper region masseter Botox. Botoxing the whole masseters just don’t seem that good of an idea especially since a wide jaw seems to always be more preferred on men. Imagine Tom welling or Marlon with a narrower jaw, wouldn’t look as good.

damn, frontal zygos are pretty much impossible to get except implants, filler in that area would likely 100% migrate

nah if you inject on the bone the fillers will be chill, won't migrate unless someone punches you there

u sure? i have heard most ppl who get jaw and chin fillers dont experience any migration but around under eyes and anterior zygos it does migrate

hm, idk can't help you unless I see ur face then; at 14% that should be low enough were you can figure out ur strengths and weaknesses.

under eyes probably since ur blinking and shit, but zygos? nah never heard of that, if anything they're supposed to be more stable since that part of ur face doesn't move as much.
Maybe ur thinking of midface filler?

Can I send you on pms and u let me know if it would benefit me?
