what worked for u isnt true for my case which is caused by androgens and not dietary problems, I've tried exclusion diets it wont do shit. every male in my family had bad acne till 25

yea i can afford it thats no problem, just hoping it solves my problem once and for all. I don't wanna do tret long term due to hair loss since it will dry up scalp too much. although I have scalp flaking from oil rn and use keto, accutane is likely to solve that permanently by shrinking sebaceous glands

once you remove the acne you could use tarozetene instead of tret to prevent it from reoccuring
