Just dry lips man. You can start with 20mg a day and up the dose after some time. My friend got very dry skin and back itches from 40mg, but for me just dry lips and nothing else. And it's great, my skin has improved so much. My mother told me that my acne difference is night and day compared to a few months ago.

80mg for 7 months for me, literally just fuck ass dry skin nothing else tbh.. depends on weight though what you can tolerate. fuckass dermos trying to stop accension fear mongering the fucking non existed risks of accutane
