Has anyone gotten vision problems from accutane?

my vision is somewhat blurry because my eyes get dried out by the accutane (I'm gonna get eye drops for it), does anyone get this or something similar? My dermatologist said there are side effects with vision.

Never tried it but I know you have to eat fat when you take it hope this helps

it's 2 months now but hopefully it will go away

I only eat one meal a day so it works well
