My theory: when you grow skinny, not enough skin to stretch so your bones don't grow enough. Also, not enough pressure on bones due to low weight, hence bones don't grow due to wolff's law.

cope or lifefuel?

growing up skinny = not enough nutrition/good enough hormones to have big wrists

I grew skinny and have good bones and became tall. Maybe if you're starving, it's different deal.

Growing up fat = destined to watch his eating to the smallest macronutrients, or you'll become fat again. The amount of fat storing cells you develop are determined by how large you were when you grew up.

What if being an "ecto" is the result of not eating a lot --> smaller bones --> less fat storing cells.

Hm idk, I think that most ectos are genetical. My family always make jokes about how much my brother eats, but he is typical long thin boned ecto. Maybe its jews with estrogen in the water lol
