Yeah but he could jist get an abo face wich just means wide palate but the surroundinng bones are still small like youll have tiny zygos and mandible so your face will be like an abo and just a ball so you will need suregey too to fix the fuck esr and shitty twig bones

It depends on the person. I have a average sized palate but with wide zygos for example so I’d look a bit more harmonious if I expanded my palate a bit

also I have little to no zygo definition except on 1 side i have a little because i sucked my thumb unevenly when I was a kid
