thanks broi'm about 2 months post op. swelling can take like 2 years apparently. nerve healing was itchy af for a couple weeks theredefinitely worth it though.

I got one 4 years ago, it changed my life completely but then I broke my nose and now I can’t breathe for shit

ah shit, when did you break your nose? did you break it shortly after the surgery or later? because i thought breaking your nose after it has been healed from the surgery isn't a problem and will be healed properly.
You can keep this permanently if you use a corticosteroid - hydrocortisone is typically the go-to but I'm not sure if you would be able to mimic this level of shrinkage with it
like a month after the surgery, then I got surgery again to fix it and it looked different than after the first surgery but still worth it though

Trust me I hated my nose more than anything in the world and I remember some people saying that it looked Jewish and eccentric but I fucking hated it. wish someone would actually compliment my nose lol, only my family members or women say that my nose is "pretty" or "masculine" like yeah small noses aren't ideal for men and so-called "big noses" are ideal (big noses meaning a radix thats not recessed, having no bumps and lining up with your mandible), but they are just blatantly lying and trying to gaslight me. i appreciate them, but it simply isn't true and cope.
