Has anyone had complications with wearing 2+ inch lifts?

Ive been wearing 1 inch lifts for a while now and havent experienced any problems thinking of switching to 2-3 havent had any problems with it? I feel like your feet would slip out easily of these

Yeah. Even How much i Try to stand as straight as possible i dont Get a fully Good posture. I tried Air Max 720 and while They give half an inch less, my posture is better on those shoes. So basically my 2 inch shoes and air Max Im practically the same height due to posture
