Astaxanthin is an antioxidant with some popularity in looksmaxing and nootropic circles. I have looked into research on it but most of it is done by jews in the government. Reddit and other forums give me tons of mixed answers. It is reported that it gives better skin quality, but many users have also reported a decrease in libido. Have any supplementcels here any personal experience they want to share?
