Has anyone had maxilla down-grafting during bimax?

For those with short faces or little teeth show? How did it affect your nose's appearance (especially if combined with a modest forward movement)

I did not have it yet but I will have, so also curious. However, it should naturally make your nose look smaller. Also, I will ask for the alar cinch to avoid excessive widening.
