From browsing the Sarms reddit. Rad 140 , lgd and ostarine are the most commonly used. Ostarine is weak and used for cutting. Lgd and rad 140 for bulking and strength.

Lgd anecdotally has more water weight than the dryer rad 140. but a lot of people say there hair sheds on rad 140.
But the shedding is more than likely just temporary shedding from hormonal changes. If you don’t have mpb you should be good.
