I've seen lots of results of people doing it on r/gettingbigger and i know a few members like clav does pe but i was wondering has anyone else actually had a success story with pe and gained some length and girth. And if you did what did you do to achieve it and how long

I have. I think I got a curved dick from it, I suspect the soft tissue expanded unevenly during the process
jelqing is legit. just think of it as washing glass: a few minutes will make that window shine. too much pressure will break it. it's not like a muscle where you can train it to failure
