Has anyone here any experience with giant.implants?

I messaged bro after seeing more results. I was skeptical at first because Im pretty sure the surgery is in Iran but they are still experienced doctors with standards. Having a blackpilled person to do the surgery plan with you is probably better than going to Dr sailer imo

It would also be funny to get the surgery in Iran because I dont want anyone of my friend circle near me or inow I had surgery so being a month or smth like that in Iran sounds also amazing for that

I found giant.implants through memes but the results never disappoint. surely all of his patients sre org members though, so how was the experience?

A lot of them won't. Derek will because he's autistic and pretty fearless. He also got sued by some black male nurse for elbowing him 3 times in the stomach in the OR so he's a Chad in my book. Search "Robert Beamon Derek Steinbacher"

I’ve seen a lot of Steinbacher’s work.
It’s decent but take this result of his:

I would have opted for implants at the very least, if not a higher level LeFort.

Entire maxilla is clearly recessed and Bimax accentuates that.

That kid worked actually worked with Giant. What happened in this BA is his nasal spine collapsed during the maxillary advancement or something, and had to be fixed in a subsequent rhino. He also had midface implants placed. Last I hear he was pretty happy with the end result

Steinbacher placed the implants after the bimax, yeah. That kid used to post on here, maybe he'd come back and give an update if someone shoots him a dm. Not sure if Derek would do more complex leforts in this case. I don't know him well, I just consulted with him once and got the gist of what he's about

I consulted with him a couple of years ago as well. Was very much opposed to anything high level actually.

Even though there has been several criticism about him lately, he is still the best implant provider IMO. He has some excellent results that I have seen! I think it is worth to consult and listen to his ideas. He has far more experience about facial masculanization than any other average surgeon out there!

but sometimes I feel like he does too much tbh

like sure the implants look good on paper and the results Ive seen are all good but I wouldn't put supra orbital rim implants in but tbh some of the models he has shown are probably just for the memes but overall I agree with you, he has more experience about facial masculinization than other results of surgeons Ive seen and thats why I want to pay for a consultation but bro doesn't answer me
