Has anyone here gone lean then gained fat then lean again?

If u go from 12 percent bf to 18 then back to 12 percent will ur face look the same as before


I’ve never done this and I’m considering going on a gymcel arc


But if I cut down again I want face to look as good as it used to

As anyone here done this or know anything cuz I’ve never done it
