has anyone here gotten braces for maxillary protrusion?

its been 2.5 months with them and from what ive seen my jaw has gotten wider, and the previous asymmetry that ive had where my left side of my jaw was more developed (more flared gonion and taller ramus) than my right, seems to have been reduced

i didn't even ask for them to do that, huge thanks to the curry dentist jai hind

This may be because of higher T levels cuz of gym or puberty as well tho

my upper and lower teeth have made small improvements, and theyre pushed out less


good results as of now, but things might change as my braces get tightened and configured, as they do every month or so

do any of u guys have similar results?

no dentist said the reason why i had flared upper and lower teeth was cuz my jaw was big and my teeth were small so they just started flaring and moving outwards to fill up the space


so that means since my jaw had enough space already they didn't need to do extractions
