Im going to a random clinic in Amsterdam, however i have no knowledge about fat grafts other then yes i definitely need it.

Not sure on whether to let the doctor do his own thing or give him a plan myself.

Agreed yes, and should i do only under eyes? i heard some people are getting fat grafts for upper aswell. Idk how that works

Its probably what i need too, he completely eliminated his UEE just by having fat grafts lol

You see the thing is depends on how much uee you actually have if you have minimal uee its not worth it imo but if you have a considerable amount then do it but for the under eyes it definitely will help make sure to get as much as possible because some of the fat dies when its placed

So definitely don’t go conservative for the under eyes, do you think it can get to a point where it looks ugly due to hella fat or will the doctor probably stop at that point and not overdo it like crazy.

Honestly if you go to a board certified plastic surgeon he will not overfill you that is for fucking sure in some cases they underfill with fat grafting and no they usually are very conservative so no need to worry just make you get your point across from sounding too autistic because they can sometimes refuse surgery
