U start by going over the basics with footwork and what not. They make u build up ur stamina with random shit. U don’t spar until u rly get some good understanding of the basic etc

it was shit I sparred a kid lighter than him and like 4 inches shorter and was mauled. I’m not even joking. The coaches let it happen as I agreedgood learning curve tho and I stuck with it

Yeah do all of that. And also do weighted shadow boxing with dumbells for speed. And do heavy bag work if u have one at home. And do a lot of cardio and road work (running on roads for different inclines) also do core work for stronger punches and poweri mean makes sense but i also mean like should i do anything also at home like training shadow boxing, rope jumping and so on
