I’ve got like a medium case of it and I’m wondering if all those exercises and shit on yt rlly even help, I need to know cuz my job involves me standing for most of the day and since I’m wearing shoe lifts and then coming home and sitting the rest of the day my posture will be quite bad, so would doing those exercises/stretches all of that on the remainder days I’m not working do anything ?
