Bruh bringing the posterior part downwards would not shorten the midface. The front would stay the same and the back would be brought down, making ur occlusal plane more horizontal but the whole maxilla is low now.

Im telling you that pulling upwards with mse is a meme, it doesn’t make sense for any sutural growth which you can only experience downwards and forwards.
