Pretty much my doctor recommended that I take them after a 5 minute phone call. I am 100% suspicious of taking sertraline now.

ye i tried it but the side effects were too bad im now on clomipramine but i crash hard every evening and it doesn’t make me much more motivated maybe my dose is too low idk

any prescription medicine that is non-narcotic does the same fucking thing

it just "dulls" you to the world so everything has a weird gray/sepia filter on it and you are flooded with an artificial dose of the most impure happy juice which feels like 11% as good as real serotonin

I got prescribed xanax but I'm very skeptical and considering the link to dementia, I'm not willing to take that risk.

I do all this and still depressed because I'm ugly. I can't wait to go to therapy and blackpill my therapist.
