Was alright, felt slightly relaxed but it was nothing special tbh (I had the liquid form and I've only had it once. I've heard it has a reverse tolerance which is probably why it did jack shit for me). Tbh you'll probably have to just experiment with it yourself.

Numb, mildly tingling mouth.
And there's a moderate feeling of relaxation..
It tastes somewhat muddy, but the ones I got is from a kava bar anad they sweeten and flavor that stuff so it becomes very drinkable.
Kava is still drinkable without that stuff though.

I've heard it has a reverse tolerance

Which means it accumulates in your body (the active compounds in kava)
