Has anyone here undergone surgeries to fix facial asymmetry?

Disgusting shits like hemifacial microsomia, uneven ramus length, eye, eyebrows, mouth, teeth, jaw, mandible, cheekbones.

Not sure how some people are born with such amazing symmetries, what did they do differently? OR is symmetry all genetics? If you think about it, almost all animals on earth are symmetrical, how come some of us are so asymmetrical?

Anyone got before and after facial asymmetry fix?

head transplant, asymmetry is caused by impaired development at at young age, you can try implants, if the asymmetry is caused by a misallocated jaw you can get surgery to fix its position

no surgery to fix asymmetries, only way to fix it is to fix body posture, scoliosis, forward head posture and overall good body posture and aligment also crooked teeth can cause asymmetries as well

another way is fillers which are temp solution
