There was an user here who ascended through rhinoplasty + steroids and other soft looksmaxing shit and he said it changed his life because he became better looking. There’s also @Amnesia who had 2 rhinoplasty and his results look very good.

Ik this is stressed a lot here but you should Leanmax too. When I am lean my nose gets much smaller, which is probably the biggest benefit of leanmax for me.
