didn't really have a question in mind tbh
but how hard was it
depending on how hard they go with practices it's definitely one of the hardest sports
The training is pretty difficult but you get used to it.

A usual training session after school for me went like this

1. Stretching/warm ups
2.conditioning cardio, weightlifting
3. Practicing new moves with a partner
4. Sparring practice matches

The extremely hard part about this sport is the cutting and weight classes

You have to cut agressively if your overweight before a match they have techniques of losing 10-15 pounds in a day
Like wearing a rubber track suit and doing intense cardio for hours and barely eating.
It’s extremely unhealthy btw

The other hard part about this is the aggressiveness it’s more painful than football they have moves where you literally slam their face into the Matt and get them in a hold for points

Overall though it was extremely fun if you get used to training.

actually excited to leanmax through this because i'm not gonna leanmax without a motivator to do it
rn i'm just skinny, not skinnyfat and not auschwitz mode
also wrestling and track are some of the best cross training sports for football

Ye man it’s a extremely good sport and you can put muscle hella fast through it.

If your doing track and football to you’ll be ripped in a year
