I dont trust that It would be fine to use without the other ingredients tho tbh. Like none of these are even preservatives because its preservative free

those are the ingredients that need to be included in eyedrops for sterility ph etc. the ones on indiamart have a similar solution, but won't list them because they're prescription eyedrops, which typically only list the active ingredient.
