No man for realstop larping
Whom did u lostAnother thing you should take in mind is that grief is directly proportional to that which was lost, meaning the value you gave it is the grief you are feeling.
There are two kinds of grief periods, either you completely surpress it until one day all the emotions will come inevitably in one package and drain you of sadness and pain, or gradual normal grief like the one you are experiencing which is the good one. Grief is inevitable, not something bad since it's the mind accepting and adapting to that which was lost, it's part of life and everyone will somehow live it.
Remember deeply what i told you the other day and be aware of it. Also i recommend you not to share with people in this forum your feelings, and focus on real life family and so on when it comes to this. I really encourage you to really start doing sports like weightlifting now, me personally when i lost a loved being i started weightlifting to forget and compensate what was lost and still until today i haven't stopped, and i like it. You can't substitute a human being but you can definetly fill time and make your brain and mind comprehend that it's good to do so, especially in times of pain it's a great moment to reset the body so that he starts perceiving what otherwise seemed difficult chores as something good and interpret it as "That which helped me during my bad times".
