If you do penis extender, like Phallosan, it also increases your girth, but very slowly. If you want to speed up the increases in girth, you can use a Vacuum pump together with Phallosan.

If you increase the length by 2-3cm, it will automatically increase your girth by maybe 0.5-1cm. However, prepare for 1-2 years of "grinding"

WHat i meant is that some penis extenders, like Phallosan, have the tip which is a vacuum pump. This allows you to have a "better" connection. This in turn means you can wear it longer.

So, in short, PHALLOSAN grows BOTH LENGTH and GIRTH. But girth a little less than length. So for 2 cm of length, it will add maybe 0..5cm girth.

Also, if you are willing to use a pump, it will SPEED UP GIRTH GAINS.

But Phallosan alone is EFFECTIVE for girth.

You will not be able to wear it so long that it gives you these gains. You need to stretch you d. until it is painful. So i would expect 3-4 hours per day. In the study they wore it for 6+ hours per day.

AND this 5cm and 2.5cm girth is a commercial gimmick in a sense that THERE WAS ONLY 1 GUY WITH THESE GAINS. Most probably you will not have his results. Also, he might have worn it 11 hours a day. And used a pump in addition to it: you don't know.

From my personal experience: it is 0.5cm of length, and 2mm of girth per 500 hours of wearing. ALso im not sure i measured the girth correctly since it is such a small change. But i trust the study TBH. So girth definitely should grow. The speed is not stellar though.

No, tbh, i do not believe in that. If pills worked, 50% of human male population would be walking with their dicks 25cm already

But it DOES have some rationale if you use some substance that increases blood flow with the extender. It means more nutrients go to the penis tissues. Which means faster healing/regrowth during the extension.
