probably due to the pandemic, most ppl moved over to online dating, now most guys pull from social media so theres more competition, meaning even mediocre foids will have gotten attention from a chadlite now and then so the bar is now higher

before 2019 or so pulling from online was seen as being thirsty and desperate by normies, chads just pulled in person on clubs, bar, college etc
