Yes, it's way higher risk and still wouldn't ascend anyone because most people here have full-on midfacial hypoplasia, not central midfacial hypoplasia

lefort 2 is low iq, coulve just get lefort 3 at this point. Uneffective and high risks. Modified lefort 3 mogs the shit out of regular lefort 2
