I've got 1 inch from no fap alone. My dick just probably recovered to his normal condition. It got girthier too but i didnt measured girth so cants say how much i've got exactly.
Also ive gained 1,5-2 cm from manual hand stretches(from getbig reddit its about 16 minutes everyday). Probably will try Angion method quite interesting what this will give me.

I was 25. So its not puberty 100%. My dick definitely got bigger after month of nofap. Nofap give better erection quality and relax pelvic flor muscles so it will give u bigger dick as a result. its no broscience angion method's author confirmed it in one of his video.

I dont sell bullshit programs for 40$ how to do nofap its just my experience so theres no reason for me to lie.

yeah I gained 1 inch then stopped because I wanna maximize my gains. anyone saying more than 3 inches is 100% lying btw
 
Yeah one of the benefits of running is dickmaxx - usually HIIT 4-5 time a week

It works and will give you bigger erections

The only thing that is legit is hanging and pumping. I can send you some vid if youd like. Its where I got most of my D maxing knowledge and its A1 stuff

Extending is the one with the most actual research done to back it up though. Maybe you just forgot to mention it, but if hanging works I donโ€™t see how extending doesnโ€™t.

I just started penis pumping a couple of weeks ago and it has really improved my EQ and sensitivity. Girth probably improved a fair bit too. I also take 5 mg cialis everyday before bed which leads to harder nocturnal erections and overall better blood flow obviously

Yeah it sounds fucked up, but according to some of the people that did this surgery, are very happy with it. Saw some interviews and articles about them. Maybe it works well on micro dicks, idk.
