Do people really ascend with giants? I mean do they get from sub5/normie to chad/chadlite? Or is it just minor psl increases?

Your train of thought should instead be that you have this flaw that implants/osteonomies can fix and he's the best option you have in 2024 to get it done right.

Some will ascend, some will have slight improvements. Depends on your base, psurgery is not magic.

I'm saying this as one of his patients.

nope 0 ascensions. With these ridiculous changes, oversized implants and insane osteotomies most will look uncanny

No you will look gay even a 5mm expansion in the cheekbones looks retarded. You need to account for soft tissue and the harmony of the face after you can’t just go around getting giant osteotomies and implants

Depends on your other features and starting base, if you're already HTN and have a glaring flaw that you can fix then it's not impossible to become chadlite after.

The reason you never see it is because why would somebody already good looking get plastic surgery?

Those are two extremes. Though I'd say a greater percentage of results fall into the barely different category rather than uncanny.
