no, never even seen a good result with scaring, much less without. and seems like MSE/SARPE doesn't really widen lips

The person above me is wrong, MSE can definitely widen the appearance of the mouth. The thing is not all MSE's are created equal and there a lot of different variables in each case, so don't judge it off just one result you see.
