Has anyone started driving after 18 years old?

I am 17 years old gonna be 18 years old in 2 months. Never drived and took lessons. No licence too. Is it over? All the girls in my college started driving at 16 like 80% of them.

I would just use my dads car to drive to the store on occasion.

28, diagnosed, i have concentration issues because of it and thats why they say im not fit to drive
