I used two ebay facial flexes together and superglued them. Then after superglueing I twisted the middle part so it was straight
you could do that or just use this 3d printing guide I made

You will get scars with eppley. There is also another method to make it wider which is stretching it and at the same time applying fillers to stabilize the streched width
I havent gotten folds yet. Also I wont stop if I get them
