Ive been on constant calorie deficit for some time now.

Im starting to think about binge eating on the weekends, but that might ruin all my progress.

Anyone ever successfully leanmaxxed while binge eating on the weekends?

What about 5000 cals on a saturday. I can really eat alot and get dopamine off it.

Yeah or any other day. Do a 24 hour fast. You won’t lose any muscle or ruin your progress if you don’t get Brotein every 3 hours

You probably need to eat at a massive deficit during the weekdays for that to work. Even then, progress would be slow.

But how can you cope at 1.5k calories every day? Im losing like 0.5kg a week and its so slow and its 5 months until i hit my goal.

Calories don't matter. 100gr Steak and a Big Mac have the same calories but you would benefit infinitely more if you eat a steak. Don't be retard, nigga.
 
Its about ur 'weekly allowance'
i.e if ur eating 1500 a day (rly low btw hope u know wat ur doing xD), u have 10500 a week. just make sure you hit that number. go lower on the days before your cheat day so you have more calories for that day. if you do this and you're still over 10500 for the week you can just fast or add in cardio

I just used to consume 5k calories a day before i started leanmaxxing. I have already lost 10kg but the temptation to eat that junk is so strong. So im starting to think about the weekends while watching a movie or something....

i used to cut on 1800 cals. lots of tea, coffee, diet coke and popcorn to prevent hunger pangs.

binge eat pizza every weekend.

its torture if im being honest. you should never be trying to lose weight, past your natural capacity. ~12-15% for most

Eat junk every day for every meal, no problem but stay within your caloric limits and you will suffer like a mother fucker. If you want eat junk for one meal twice a week but don’t go over your calories. You have to remain disciplined getting to your goal because getting there is not the hard part. Maintaining is infinitely harder. You have no idea. There is a reason your average person is fat and why you got fat in the first place. Lack of discipline

you should only be around 5-10lb heavier than you were in high shcool.

but if u got fucked in childhood. you don't need to force yourself to lose weight, you need to force yourself to adopt proper meals every day.

im telling u if u fall for the diet memes, it wont end well, and u might even overshoot ur weight upon relapse. very depressing

i am asking you to question yourself on how you became fat. change the habits, not set yourself up for goals that cant be maintained.

this binge eating question already tells me ur ghrelin is shot up, and ur dieting hard. you prob have alot of self hatred.

all of this will backfire as soon as u reach, or come close to your goals. because u will be in so much torture.

you body knows u better. educate yourself on food, making choices, and timing. not starving. give up on ur diet, start loving yourself, and learning about food
