Has anyone tested micro-inflations plus weights on the shins?

EI don't know if it's worth trying this, I've been testing this for 12 days, I've gained 1/10 inch, I do 25 jumps on one leg and then the other and I put weight on my ankles for 10 min, I do 2 sets. The measurements are extremely accurate, measured at the same time after the gym, and in the morning when waking up

This is cope, you grew 1 inch simply because your growth plates are still open.

 
B I grew 2 millimeters, I'm 18 years old, I've never had a growth spurt, I just decided to test this method for 30 days, and I wanted to know if anyone had already done it
