i did read it, and it´s just larping high iq. Banded sleeping has no evidence, if you want just experiment with it, then do it. But I highly doubt that elastic bands/a weighted rope would be enough pressure to elongate your bones. it would probably also stress your joints. You could do it for temporary height gain tho.
